EXPERIENCE

Michelle He graduated from the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law in 2024. During law school, Ms. He worked as a legal extern to the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai‘i (May 2022 to August 2022), a legal extern to the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai‘i (August 2022 to November 2022), and a summer associate at Case Lombardi. She also served as the Executive Publication Editor for the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal.   In 2024, Michelle He received the CALI Excellence Award for Health Law. Ms. He is fluent in spoken Vietnamese, specializing in the Southern dialect.
