EXPERIENCE

Ms. Chapman is a skilled litigator, negotiator, and advocate, whose diverse practice areas enable her to approach legal challenges with a multifaceted perspective to effectively address the unique needs of each client. Her expertise spans civil litigation and dispute resolution, zoning and land use, real estate and other transactional matters. Throughout her career, Ms. Chapman has represented a wide range of clients, including businesses, community associations, non-profit organizations, and individuals across the state. Ms. Chapman's versatile skillset and emphasis on providing zealous, creative, and conscientious advocacy has been pivotal to her success in obtaining favorable rulings and resolutions for her clients. 

Ms. Chapman graduated from the Notre Dame Law School in 2010.  Prior to private practice, Ms. Chapman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karl K. Sakamoto (ret.), judge for the First Circuit Court, State of Hawai'i.
