Mr. Rooney concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial, business, and real property civil litigation. He has extensive experience in representing businesses, community associations, members of community associations, and individuals across the state in all stages of civil litigation. Mr. Rooney has first chaired dozens of jury trials and has extensive experience utilizing mediations and arbitrations as a means of resolving disputes. Mr. Rooney's diverse legal and life experiences provide for the creative and zealous advocacy he employs to secure the best possible legal outcomes for his clients.
Mr. Rooney graduated from The John Marshall Law School (nka University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) with his J.D. degree in 2014. Prior to private practice Mr. Rooney was a prosecutor in Lake County, Illinois.
Mr. Rooney is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
