Hsin-Ya Tribbey joined Case Lombardi in February 2026. She brings extensive experience from her position as a Deputy Attorney General for the Department of Attorney General, Education Division, where she dedicated legal counsel and advocacy for public education with the heart of a former educator.
Prior to that, Ms. Tribbey practiced in the area of family law at a medium-sized private law firm in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she gained critical skills in litigation and client advocacy. Her practices ranged from divorce, paternity, custody, TROs, child support and spousal support, military divorce, relocation, pre-decree and post-decree matters.
Ms. Tribbey also worked as a law clerk for the Law Office of Gary Singh, where she received hands-on training and invaluable mentorship in the area of federal criminal defense, family law, and immigration law.
Ms. Tribbey is fluent in Mandarin with native-speaker proficiency.
