Ms. Youngren concentrates her practice in real property development, land use and general real estate law. She represents developers and major corporations in an array of matters such as the acquisition and sale of large-scale commercial and residential properties, commercial leasing, condominium formation and registration, compliance with Fair Housing Act and Americans With Disabilities Act regulations, construction contracts, due diligence matters, and land use questions.
She has been actively involved in all phases of both the purchases and sales of major hotel-resorts. She also counsels corporate clients in their on-going business operations.
Nancy Youngren has been recognized for her work in real estate law by Chambers & Partners, the highly regarded international lawyer directory and referral service. She is listed in the 2005-2017 editions of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers. Nancy Youngren has also been named a Hawaii Super Lawyer (2013) and a Best Lawyer In America (2013-2017) in real estate.
Prior to joining Case Lombardi & Pettit in 1996, Ms. Youngren was a librarian and taught Economics, Hawaiian History and Law at Kamehameha Schools. Ms. Youngren serves on several boards and is a volunteer tutor for Hawai‘i Literacy.
