Ms. Roberts concentrates her practice in real estate acquisition, financing and development, including hotel and residential condominium structuring, registration (with the Hawaii Real Estate Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development), sales and management, and zoning and entitlements. Ms. Roberts also has significant experience in general corporate business transactions and finance and restructurings.
Esther Han Roberts is a former law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Ronald T. Y. Moon, Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii.
Ms. Roberts joined Case Lombardi & Pettit in September 2004.
