Ms. Youngren concentrates her practice in real property development, land use and general real estate law. She represents developers and major corporations in an array of matters such as the acquisition and sale of large-scale commercial and residential properties, commercial leasing, compliance with FHA and ADA regulations, construction contracts, due diligence matters, land use questions and real property tax appeals.
She has been actively involved in all phases of both the purchases and sales of major hotel-resorts. She also counsels corporate clients in their on-going business operations.
Prior to joining Case Lombardi & Pettit in 1996, Ms. Youngren taught Economics, Hawaiian History and Law at Kamehameha Schools.
