Mr. Lombardi represents real estate developers, hotel, time share and resort owners and operators as well as a number of large land owners. 

He concentrates his practice in acquisition, permitting, development, financing and sales of master planned residential, resort and commercial communities, centers and projects.  He represents not only individuals and firms that are active in the real estate industry but also institutions with real estate business needs such as the purchase or development of a headquarters, office building, shopping center, operation site or hotel.

Mr. Lombardi is President of the firm's Executive Committee.  He joined the firm in 1983 and has practiced exclusively in the land use and development areas of real estate.
