David G. Brittin joined Case Lombardi & Pettit and our Real Estate Practice Group in April 2007. His current area of practice includes commercial and residential real estate development and transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brittin was a volunteer at the Law Center for Families in Oakland, California. He offered counsel and advice on a variety of issues including family law and consumer law. He is a former clerk of the Honorable Barry Goode of the Superior Court of Contra Costa County, California.
David Brittin also worked as an archaeologist in Belize, Israel, Massachusetts, Northern California and Nevada. He then entered the California wine industry and was a wine consultant for many years. Mr. Brittin was a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review and was President of the USF Wine Law Society.
