Michael R. Marsh concentrates his practice in dispute resolution and litigation primarily involving construction, development and real estate matters, employment law and trademark and copyright infringement.
In construction litigation, he represents a variety of developers, design professionals, general contractors and suppliers. He has represented developers and major land owners in connection with construction development and real estate disputes. Mr. Marsh has advised and represented management in employment related actions and lawsuits, as well as labor law compliance issues. His clients in the area of trademark and copyright matters include international designers, manufacturers, producers and distributors.
In addition to participating in mediation and arbitration as an advocate, Mr. Marsh is an arbitrator for the Court Annexed Arbitration Program and is a neutral on the panel of Dispute Prevention and Resolution, Inc., Hawaii's leading mediation/arbitration service. Prior to joining the firm in 1978, Mr. Marsh was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii.
