Ms. Foy is a director in the firm's Real Estate Group. She joined the firm in September 1989.
Ms. Foy concentrates her practice in real estate acquisition, financing and development. She has represented condominium and time share developers in connection with the structuring, development, financing and registration of condominium and time share communities in the State of Hawaii. She also has experience in hotel acquisitions, conversion of hotels into condominium property regimes, and resort receivable financing.
Ms. Foy is an "AV" rated attorney, possessing the highest level of skill and integrity by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
